This vintage of Gaston does not disappoint. Aromatic and enticing, notes of walnuts and dark fruit greet the nose. Once in the glass, freshly planed wood and spices pair harmoniously with cassis and raw cocoa.
Always elegantly bold, the Gaston Cabernet is decadence epitomized. The 2017 vintage is no exception. Its nose bright and welcoming with aromas of cassis and blackberry. Nuances of sage and roasting coffee beans coat the palate.
This vintage of Gaston celebrates the characteristics of a voluptuous and warm vintage. The abundant sunshine and perfectly timed rain created a wine that is as bold as it is beautiful. Wispy aromas of violets and fresh blueberries translate into blonde roasted coffee beans and caramel on the palate.
