Our Gaston Cabernet Sauvignon is the gem of our wine portfolio. Made from a single location on property, it represents the best of the vintage. The 2022 vintage of Gaston Cabernet is a little shy at first, taking its time to reveal any characteristics. However, after a short time in the glass, dark fruit and woody notes start to appear. The wine has a rounded mouthfeel and is full-bodied with well-integrated tannins. As the wine develops on the palate, you get a complete expression of the Cabernet grape from beginning to end. Its long finish lingers showcasing great aging potential. Drink now through 2040.
