2007 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Gaston
The 2007 vintage was highly lauded by critics in Napa Valley. And agree that this vintage was very special on our Estate as well. So special we found a location that merited the Gaston designation. The 2007 Palmaz Vineyards Gaston is a 100% Cabernet mainly from the Tortuga block. This north facing vineyard is planted with Baccus clone and has consistently give us some of the most luscious Cabernets on the property.
