2007 Napa Valley Chardonnay
This Napa Valley Chardonnay is a blend of fruit from the rolling hills of the Napa Carneros region and the steep slopes of the Atlas Peak district. Both have ideal cooler climates for Chardonnay making it possible to pick at ripeness with the proper acidity. The Malo-lactic fermentation is allowed to go to completion to soften the palate and add complexity to the aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, and combined with the rich flavors and crisp finish make this a memorable wine.
